I am a native San Franciscan; three generations of natives.
In 1983, I moved to Truckee to raise my family. My two sons were very involved with soccer, baseball, ski racing and boating. We camped and hiked and enjoyed all that the Tahoe/Truckee area has to offer.
Both of my sons are now in their 30’s; one is married and lives near Bodega Bay. The other son moved back to Truckee.
I started my real estate career in Truckee in 1986. Most of my clients were second home Buyers from the Bay Area although I worked with many first time home Buyers and investors.
I moved back to SF in 2010, taking on a partner for my Truckee referral business. (I missed SF and my Mother was getting on in years and I felt I could help her stay in her home.)
Barbagelata was my first choice as an SF office as I was familiar with the name/family. As far as relocating my business here, it was a bit of a challenge. However, I was fortunate to have kept in touch with many friends from my childhood and high school years. Most of my business is from family/friends referrals.
I have many client testimonials to share.
Family House is my charity of choice.
I live near GG Park and walk often in the park. I enjoy my frequent trips to Truckee as I still have a home in that area.
